Pegg Hearth began as a shop for objects that do not need a special shelf. A cup on a desk. A small fireplace on a nightstand. A box of stones that can sit by the door. The name is new; the idea is older than that: things you leave out after you have used them.
The company behind the shop is VADEN PEGG FV INC, in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. We sell only in the United States. Pegg Hearth is the name on the site. The legal name is the name on your receipt.
What we sell is narrow on purpose. Cup candles in soy-blend wax. Aroma stones and plaster flowers that take a few drops of oil. Ceramic tulips. Lighted pieces shaped like a fireplace or a small castle, with crystal in the hearth. No open claim that any of this cleans the air or changes a mood on command. Scent is scent. Light is light.
The work starts in the workshop.
Plaster goes into a mold and is left to set. Wax is poured and cooled in the cup. Stones are washed and placed. An angel, a tray, a lid, a dropper bottle — whatever belongs to that set — is checked before it goes in the box. Surfaces are not factory-perfect. A seam on plaster, a shift in the blue of the wax, a stone that is not the same size as the next one: that is the material, not a defect you need to write to us about, unless the piece arrived broken.
From there the path is short. Packed in the United States. Handed to a carrier. Five to eight business days on the road after the first scan, in most cases. When the box arrives, it should be ready to put down. You do not have to unwrap it twice.
We keep the shop small so the pages stay honest: what the piece is, what it is made of, where it can sit. If something is wrong with an order, write to service@pegghearth.com. We answer on weekdays, within a day or two.
