4. Who we share it with

Support mail and return photos: as long as needed to finish the request and keep a record of the outcome

We use Shopify’s checkout and HTTPS. No online transmission is completely secure. Use a unique password if you create an account.

California. If you are a California resident, you also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email service@pegghearth.com. You may use an authorized agent; we may need proof of authorization.

Appeals. If we deny a request, you may email service@pegghearth.com with the subject Privacy appeal.

10. Children

This store is for adults buying home fragrance products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email service@pegghearth.com and we will delete it.

11. Do not track

The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can control cookies in your browser.

12. Links

Product pages or emails may link to carriers or other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised policy.
