Pegg Hearth is a brand of VADEN PEGG FV INC. We sell home fragrance products to the United States only. This address is not a retail storefront.

2. Purpose of this site

The site is an online catalog and checkout for our products. Content is for general information and for completing a purchase. It is not legal, medical, tax, or safety-professional advice.

3. Product statements

Candles, oils, aroma stones, and lighted decor are sold for home fragrance and display.
They are not food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.
We do not claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, or that it purifies air.
Scent descriptions are subjective. How a scent reads in a room depends on size, airflow, and how the product is used.
Photos are examples. Handmade plaster, wax, and crystal pieces can differ slightly in color, texture, and shape.
Lighted fireplace or castle pieces are decorative. They are not heaters and are not real fireplaces.

Use products only as described on the product page. Keep open flame, hot wax, oil, and electrical parts away from children, pets, fabric, and water. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

4. Accuracy

We try to keep prices, stock, and copy current. Errors can occur. We may correct a listing or cancel an order that was accepted in error, and refund any amount collected.

Estimated delivery dates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Intellectual property

The Pegg Hearth name, site layout, original text, and photographs on this site belong to VADEN PEGG FV INC or our licensors. You may not copy them for a commercial site or listing without written permission.

Product shapes supplied by manufacturers remain subject to their rights. Other names that appear in packaging photos are not a claim that we are those brands.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to carriers, payment providers, or Shopify. Those services are not under our control. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you use them.

7. No professional relationship

Using this site or emailing service@pegghearth.com does not create a lawyer–client, doctor–patient, or other professional relationship.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VADEN PEGG FV INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from a product after delivery, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Liability for a purchase is described in the Terms of Service and is generally limited to the amount paid for that order.
